Product Description

Belt Conveyor is widly used in the field of mining, matellurgy, chemical industries, casting and construction material, or applied in the work site of hydroelectric project and harbor as a delivery line for bulk materials as well as lump product. The belt conveyor can be used alone or as a combination of several belts as a delivery line according to the needs of customers. The belt conveyor can work under the temperature ranges from -20C to +40C. The temperature of the delivered material should never surpass 50C.

Belt Conveyor composition:
The belt conveyor is mainly composed of frame, belt, roller, tension device, gearing device. etc. The belt conveyor, with the angle formed by the height difference of supporting legs, is made from qualified steel. There are rollers and carrier rollers on the frame for rotating and supporting the belt. There are two driving methods: Decelarating speed motor driving and electric roller driving.
